Our Plans

Three Lakes is a membership non-residential golf club being proposed in Martin County, Florida that will offer a unique golf experience to its members.

The property is located on 1,217 acres in unincorporated Martin County, two miles west of I-95 and north of Bridge Road (County Road 708) in Hobe Sound. It includes about 500 acres west of Kanner Highway along the St. Lucie Canal and 700 acres east of Kanner Highway.

The property has been used as a private family retreat, tree farm and hunting preserve for several decades.

Features and Amenities

Plans for the club include three 18-hole golf courses, practice range and short game practice facilities, two short courses, golf maintenance facilities, two clubhouses and many other features, amenities and activities.

To support the members and their guests, golf cottages that will be owned by the club are proposed for short-term stays and weekend visits. Employee housing is also proposed during peak seasonal use. There will be no residential homes at Three Lakes.

Environmental stewardship of the land is at the core of Three Lake’s design philosophy.

The project is being designed to include lakes, gardens, walking trails and upland and wetland preserve areas, and other landscaping features and environmental restoration that will protect and enhance the natural resources and beauty of the property.  Each golf course will utilize turf grass and landscape materials that minimize the use of harmful additives and employ best management practices approved by the USGA.
